Have you ever heard the statement about seeing (hearing) things and you don't have your gun? WOW, today has been one of them. I hate living in such a backward redneck land. People can be soooo close minded and hateful.
One a negative --- I did gain back 2 pounds. But, I was at the conference and the food was not exactly WW. I will not let it get me down.
I plan to have a heart to heart about needs later....hmmmmmmmmmm

I understand the heart to heart part, but what was the thing about needing a gun (I have a couple if you really need them)? Must have been in headphone land and missed that particular comment -- probably just as well. Love you sweetie!
